New Artificial Turf On Parrs Wood Pitches

Two pitches at our Parrs Wood site have new artificial turf installed. The work, with help from funding by BaseballSoftballUK’s Facilities Fund, includes a stone and sand base with an artificial turf top layer on the batting box areas for pitches 6 & 7.

A Fun Filled 20th Anniversary Tournament for Alex Hall

The Alex Hall Memorial Tournament held its 20th annual event this year. The tournament began in 2004 in memory of Manchester Softball League player Alex Hall. All profits go to The Christie Cancer Appeal Fund.
