Mavericks

Founded in the late 1980s, Manchester Mavericks are one of the oldest established slowpitch softball clubs in the UK. We play competitively in the Manchester Softball League and compete in tournaments around the UK. Mavericks play in Division 1.

Mavericks II, established in 2015 as a second/development team, won two successive league titles (Divisions 4 and 3) and are now in Division 2. The Mavericks Club is affiliated to the British Softball Federation.

Mavericks players share a passion to play softball. We welcome women and men regardless of whether they have had previous softball experience.
