End-of-season Captains’ meeting and AGM – 19th October
The end-of-season Captains’ meeting and AGM will be held on 19th October, hopefully at the Cringlewood Club (tbc).
A full agenda including details of issues on which you will be asked to vote will be attached to this news item in a few days time. For Tuesday captains, directions to the Cringlewood Club will be included.
If you have any items for inclusion on the agenda, now would be the time to submit them, to the secretary@manchester-softball.co.uk. Already on the agenda, besides the standing items, are league structure for next year, and the guest rules.
ALL players are invited to attend the AGM. To avoid silliness, they are also allowed to attend the Captains Meeting, though only two people from any one team are allowed to speak and vote.
All the Exec positions are up for (re-)election. One or two are vacant – full details will accompany the Agenda.
