Thunder’s first MSL Division 1 title was the headline in the year 2021. Thunder’s first league title since the club’s formation in 2006 was ‘a dream come true’ for many people currently and historically involved with the club. It has since claimed two further league titles in 2023 and 2024.
Thunder 1 is part of a family of four teams currently playing in the Manchester Softball League (Thunder 2 will join us in Division 1, Thunder 3 holds it down in Division 3, and Thunder 4 is back for more in D4). Thunder 1 will be looking to compete for the Division 1 title this year and are in the look out for one Small Ball Hitter to join their strong and fun-loving squad.
