Score Sheet Form

So you won, but you don’t want to write out the score sheet? Now, you don’t have to: just fill out the form below with the help of easy to use dropdown menus and a few data entry bits. Our form allows you to type in a few details (scores for each inning, MVPs, any details about a game ending early, who homered, who made big plays, any injuries to report, the umpire).

AFTER YOU SUBMIT

There’s one last step to follow: Please report the score to Captain’s Group WhatsApp chat, with the opposing captain offering a Thumbs Up to confirm. On the chance that one of the captains disputes the final score, indicate this on the Score Sheet.

    2. Go the old fashioned route! Print out the Word doc version, fill it in by pen or pencil, take a picture of it, and send it to the WhatsApp group.
