Instructions on Filling Out the Score Sheet

Access the score sheet template above.
1. Android users should use Google;
2. iPhone users should use Safari.
3. If submitting on paper, please use the latest version of the paper score sheet.
Fill in the details with help from the opposing captain.
To make the whole scoresheet visible on your phone, do the following:
1. Android users on Google: Go to Settings, select “Desktop view: Screenshot”
2. iPhone users on Safari: Go to Settings, select “Page Zoom”, select “50%”
Take a screen shot.
Send the screenshot to the “Softball results” WhatsApp group.
Submit the form by selecting the “Submit” button at the bottom: this means a record of the score sheet is stored centrally, and also clears the form for subsequent users. If submitting on paper, this step does not apply
Losing captain: you are no longer required to countersign the scoresheet. Instead you should signal agreement with the score sheet once it has been submitted in the WhatsApp group by giving the screenshot a “thumbs-up”. This procedure is also applicable if the score has been submitted as a photo of the paper score-sheet.
