Manchester Softball League (MSL) takes its responsibilities with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) seriously.

How we obtain this information

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

Player registration
Team league registration
Tournament registration

We also receive website and social media visitor information indirectly, from the following sources:

Meta Business Suite

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep player and team registrations for 3 years. We will then dispose of your information by removal from the database.
